Under the wing

Under The Wing is a developmental residency program for Flying V company members to stretch their wings. The goal of the program is to offer company members the opportunity to propose and lead projects without the pressure of producing at the mainstage level. This is an exploratory space, one in which you set your own goals, assemble your own team, and explore themes, ideas, and roles in a supportive environment.
